The world is getting smaller and smaller with all the technological advancements, as the market is also getting more diverse. An organization can have the competitive edge and can experience success only when it has the ability and readiness to embrace cultural diversity, and get benefited from it.

We are a certified minority-owned firm as when it concerns the public and private agencies. By having a company like us that is certified by public and private agencies for a staffing partner, our clients can rest assured that they have picked the right partner. We have strived hard and have spent hours in submitting insurances, applications, documentations and financials to enlighten the integrity of our firm and the good standing of our firm. To obtain the certifications that we hold, one has to adhere to strict standards and should also have a sound financial standing to obtain such certifications.

Whether your firm wants to win government bids or is keen to design a diversity program in an attempt to enhance the success of your company, I-TECH provides the needed solution. We also are well-equipped with the government certifications, recognized by agencies like the US Small Business Administration to meet most of the government contracting and even small diversity spend requirements.

This program was endorsed to bring about the development of local small businesses that hold a reputation for getting recognized as a qualified enterprise in their industry. Companies who get recognized as well as accepted by this program ought to prove their good financial standing by way of providing financials, references, and other relevant and confidential information to that of the City for verification purpose. Apart from this, the executive officers belonging to the JSEB firms should go through additional trainings in order to maintain the status of the firms.
